The contents of this are reviewed on the originals: the 2001 rerelease, the 1993 original, and the Quoth EP.

There’s really not much to say here, except that this makes it so you only have to buy one PW album. …Or kinda two, which is the only reason for the docked rating. But herein, you get the 1993 sequence of Sine Waves, with the 2001 bonus tracks sequenced after (whereas the 2001 edition put those tracks before closer ‘Quino – Phec’), and the tracks from Quoth at the end. We could quibble about the 2001 tracks’ position, as I think they sound better as “part” of the album, though if you listen to this as a compilation and not one intended album, that’s all fine enough. (Because otherwise, I’d resurrect my argument that the Quoth EP doesn’t sound like Polygon Window material at all.)

Anyway, packaging wise I like the simplicity and durability of the digipack on the CD version, and I appreciate how diligently the art was rearranged to include the additional track titles – it otherwise looks exactly like the original release.

As to my “kinda two” comment: there is another Quoth remix available on certain editions of that EP, and it’s a bummer it doesn’t appear here. So if you’re a completist… well, I guess you’re owning all the releases anyway, but just to say, there’s still at least one more PW track that’s not included.
