Director: Various cartoon people

This cartoon is primo Adult Swim territory. For most other animated fans, its going to lean a bit toward the bizarre. But Im sure it will gain a following from people for its violence or watching-while-stoned potential. Superjail is about a super jail called Superjail. David Wain from The State voices the Warden. This is not my favorite Adult Swim show, and I do not regard it as the most genius of the bunch, but it gets five stars for being, in an odd way, one of the most accessible and for its insane animated creativity. There is so much drawn into each episode that anyone who has an appreciation for cartooning will just be in awe. And for all of the surrealness into which each episode descends, there is this core group of characters who are consistent enough to allow a casual viewer to not feel like theyre watching something too far out there.
