One of the better, more solid tracks from Cruise Yourself, and one non-album track.

(I) Don’t Got A Place is, appreciably, minused the excess swagger found on the album, while maintaining its murkier (vs. Luxure) sound; its lush and grooving with a nice, raw chorus – a good single.

Man Ray Of Love is a fun track, but you can tell why it’s not an album cut: paced more funkily, it wouldn’t have fit well into the sequencing, and its tone changes don’t really produce a memorable hook.  Not a waste, by any means, and a good listen for fans, but not essential.
