As with many of these J-Pop singles, once / if you own the album, it can make a lot of the related releases somewhat irrelevant. I’m almost tempted to rate this as a single star because the one extra track included (朝+) is so minor, but it’s not like it’s a bad song. However, it is under two minutes, and an acoustic, multi-tracked, pretty calm affair that doesn’t really show off any wholly Seiko-unique vibes – it’s definitely not a single itself – so justifying the purchase of this solely for that song is a non-starter. And the two other tracks are album versions from Kitixxxgaia (Positive Stress and 非国民的ヒーロー); totally awesome songs, not given any new context here, though.

If you didn’t own the album and aren’t a completist, probably no need on this one. But if you’re just shopping randomly sans an Oomori collection and come across this single and want a fair offering of Seiko’s skills, sure, it’s acceptable.
